Called sign to see how it worked. Adam came out to see it in like 2 hours after I called. Talked about price and he made me an offer that was pretty good. He text me ever 2 or 3 days to keep me updated. Everything went pretty quick. Adam met me at lawyer office to make sure I got paid.
I had this investment property in Centerpoint and tenants destroyed it. I had been fixing it back up after work and on the weekends. We moved about 40 miles from the property and it wasn’t close for us anymore. We wanted the money to get another property closer. We told them the price we wanted and they were able to asking price. It took a few weeks but it was due to things out of their control. I would do business with these guys again for sure.
They bought my house that was empty after we got divorce. Somebody broked in and set little fires in living room while we wasn’t living there. I was trying to fix up myself but it didnt happen. I met with these guys and they made me an offer that was really pretty good. They told me that I could get more if I fixed myself and sold it on the market but I knew I couldnt never do it since it needed all that work. My ex had to sign papers to and I told them we can’t be in the same room. They worked it out at the closing where we didnt have to talk. It worked out good for me.
I had a house in Bessemer but wanted to buy a house that had been in my family for years. I needed to sell mine quickly to have the money to buy it. I told Adam how much I needed for the house and he was able to get it for me. Other similar companies had tried to buy the house but there was years of title issues from things being recorded wrong with the county. Several other people told me I could never sell this house because the title was a mess. Adam was able to get everything cleared up in less than a month and I walked out of closing with my check. He tracked down people that had to sign quit claim deeds, contacted previous owners and worked with the title company to get a clear title. He said he could do it and he did. I’m happy!
I inherited a property in Forestdale from my mother that had been destroyed by renters. My dad built this house when I was a kid and we had a lot of memories there. Adam walked us through the whole process from start to finish. He met us several times to help get paperwork signed and notarized. 
We were very happy with the offer we got. Adam told us the house was going to be flipped and that is exactly what we wanted. We wanted a new family to move in and make new memories there. Adam sent us photos of the finished product 6 months later and the house is absolutely amazing.
